The world-class Villars golf course at 5300ft (1600m) in Bretaye, just above Villars, benefits from spectacular views of Mont Blanc and the Dents du Midi at every swing and particularly at the 19th hole. The area is surrounded by places of interest such as the stunning Chateau Chillon in Montreux with its breath-taking lakeside location on Lake Leman, the charming, elegant town of Vevey, the Salt Mines of Bex, the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, Aigle Castle, the Abbey of Saint-Maurice, the Castle of La Roche in Ollon, Gryon Adventure Park, Swiss Vapeur Parc at Le Bouveret and St Leonard’s underground lake.
